SBA offers a fantastic selection of sports for punters to bet on. In addition to those listed above, there’s also futsal, handball, waterpolo, and sailing among others. However, we noticed a couple of gaps, such as no esports, horse racing or greyhounds.

Soccer Betting at SBA

You don’t need this SBA Uganda review to tell you that soccer is the most popular sport in the country. For this reason, soccer betting is the dominant force in this sportsbook.

As the time of writing, SBA had over 1,000 soccer matches open for pre-match betting. You can wager on action from all over the world. Naturally, all of the top European nations, like England, Spain, Italy and Germany are covered; however, there’s also soccer from Bahrain, Thailand, and Wales, among many other countries. This bookmaker backs-up its large selection of soccer events with spectacular market depth. For EPL games, there is close to 500 unique betting opportunities available for each match. Here’s what you can expect to find:

Specials: player sent off, score in both halves, intervals (first 10 mins, etc), how will match be decided, etc.

It’s worth noting that not all soccer matches at Sports Betting Africa carry the same outstanding depth in betting markets. For instance, games from Bolivia’s Professional Division have only 21 pre-match bets available. However, this isn’t a negative for our SBA Uganda review because most other bookmakers are the same in this respect.

While this is only a small sample, it provides us with clear information that some markets are much better value than others. For example, Premier League soccer is good, but the prices for the McGregor fight at UFC 257 are pretty bad. Overall, the average of 8.76% is in-line with most other operators. Still, it’s worth comparing different bookmakers before betting to see where you can get the best odds.

On the downside, there’s no live streaming currently available at SBA, which is a big miss, in our opinion. Furthermore, while the betting platform is easy to use, it’s rather basic. You don’t have a visual match console with up-to-the-minute stats, like some other sites offer. Most definitely an area which this operator could work on improving.
