We checked the VIP, loyalty, cashback, and rewards systems at our approved US-facing casinos. The programs work in very different ways. Some reward high spend with direct cashback, while others use points that improve in value as you move through the levels.
Our top four are Uptown Aces, Ignition Casino, Cafe Casino, and Bovada. We compared how players move up the levels, how rewards are earned, what the points are worth, whether status can be lost, and whether VIP status changes withdrawal limits.

#1 Uptown Aces VIP Program
Uptown Aces has the clearest high-roller VIP setup in this group. Players start as Tourist, move to Resident after their first deposit, and then enter four VIP levels: Neon, Downtown, Midtown, and Uptown. The higher levels increase cashback, weekend cashback, and the rate at which comp points are earned.
The first VIP level, Neon, starts after $5,000 in purchases and gives 30% instant cashback, 10% weekend cashback, one comp point for every $9 bet, and a $25 weekly reward. Downtown starts at $10,000 and raises those figures to 35% instant cashback, 15% weekend cashback, one point per $7.50 bet, and a $50 weekly reward. Midtown starts at $25,000, with 40% instant cashback, 20% weekend cashback, one point per $5 bet, and a $50 weekly reward.
The top Uptown level starts at $50,000 in purchases. It gives 50% instant cashback, 25% weekend cashback, one comp point for every $4 bet, and a $50 weekly reward. New players also start with 25% instant cashback at Tourist level.
There is another reason this program matters to high rollers: Uptown Aces normally limits withdrawals to $5,000 per week, but that limit can be raised or lowered based on VIP status. That makes VIP level more than a bonus feature for players moving larger balances.

#2 Ignition Casino Rewards
Ignition has one of the easiest loyalty systems to understand. Every eligible wager earns Ignition Miles that can be used for bonus cash or poker tournament tickets. At the same time, you earn Lifetime Miles that move you through eight levels from Steel to Diamond. Lifetime Miles never reset, so once you reach a level, you keep it.
Slot players earn three Miles for every $1 wagered. Video poker earns one Mile per $1, table games earn 0.5, and specialty games earn 10. Ignition also rewards poker heavily, with 15 Miles per $1 of qualifying cash-game or tournament spend.
The biggest change as you move up is the value of your Miles. Steel players need 2,500 Miles for $1 of bonus cash. That falls to 2,250 at Chrome, 2,000 at Bronze, 1,750 at Silver, 1,500 at Gold, 1,250 at Platinum, and 1,000 at Titanium and Diamond.
What Ignition Rewards Are Worth on Slots
Because slot play earns three Miles per $1, we can work out the value of the points earned at each level before any bonus rollover is taken into account.

Finding: A Titanium or Diamond slot player earns nominal reward value 2.5 times faster than a Steel player: about $0.30 per $100 wagered compared with $0.12. The reward is bonus cash, not cash in your bank account, and rollover depends on the reward you choose.
#3 Cafe Casino Perks
Cafe Casino uses a similar points system, but it is built only around casino play. Slots earn two Perk Points per $1 wagered, table games and video poker earn one, and specialty games earn five. Every eligible cash wager also earns Lifetime Points at the same rate. There are eight normal Perks levels. Level 1 starts at zero Lifetime Points and needs 2,500 points for $1 of bonus cash. The rate improves as you climb, reaching 1,000 points for $1 at Level 8 after 2.5 million Lifetime Points. Once you unlock one of the eight standard levels, you keep it.
Cafe also has an invite-only VIP level. It keeps the same 1,000 points = $1 redemption rate as Level 8, but VIP status itself is based on activity and can be removed. If that happens, the account drops back to the permanent Perks level earned through Lifetime Points.

Finding: Cafe’s top standard level earns about $0.20 in nominal bonus value for every $100 wagered on slots, compared with $0.08 at Level 1. That is 2.5 times the starting rate. Perk Points expire after 12 months, while the Lifetime Points used for status do not drop away.
#4 Bovada Rewards
Bovada has the biggest rewards ladder in this group, with 14 levels. It also covers more than casino play. Eligible wagers across casino, poker, sports, and racing can earn Rewards Points and Lifetime Points, although the earning rate changes by activity. Slots earn three points per $1, video poker earns 1.5, table games earn one, specialty games earn 15, and poker cash games and tournaments earn 15 points per $1. Live casino play does not earn Rewards Points.
Rewards Points can be exchanged for bonus cash and expire after 12 months. Lifetime Points track your progress through the 14 levels, never expire, and cannot be spent. Once you reach a rewards level, you keep that level even if you stop playing for a while.
The final step works differently from the normal rewards ladder. After reaching the highest level, players may receive an invite to Bovada’s separate VIP program, where extra and more personal offers can become available.
Bovada is harder to compare on exact reward value because the information we checked does not give us the full redemption rate for all 14 levels. We can verify how points are earned, how status works, and that redemption improves by tier, but we cannot calculate a clean dollar return for each level without filling in data we do not have.
Ignition vs Cafe Casino: Which Rewards Points Go Further?
Ignition and Cafe Casino are especially interesting because their level thresholds are almost the same. Both move through 0, 2,500, 10,000, 60,000, 150,000, 500,000, 1 million, and 2.5 million Lifetime Points or Miles. But slot players earn points at different speeds.
Ignition gives three Miles per $1 of slot play. Cafe gives two Perk Points per $1. That means Ignition produces more nominal reward value at every matching level. At the starting level, $100 of slot play earns about $0.12 of nominal bonus value at Ignition and $0.08 at Cafe. At the top standard level, the same $100 earns about $0.30 at Ignition and $0.20 at Cafe.

These are nominal bonus values before any rollover attached to the redeemed reward. They are useful for comparing how quickly the two systems earn value, but they should not be read as cash-back percentages.
Do US Casino VIP Levels Expire?
Not always. Ignition, Cafe Casino, and Bovada all use permanent progress for their standard reward ladders. Lifetime Miles or Lifetime Points do not expire, and once a normal tier has been reached it stays on the account.
The spendable points are different. Ignition Miles, Cafe Perk Points, and Bovada Rewards Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Cafe’s separate invite-only VIP status can also be lost, in which case the player returns to the permanent Perks level earned through Lifetime Points.
Do VIP Players Get Higher Withdrawal Limits?
At Uptown Aces, they can. The standard weekly withdrawal limit is up to $5,000, but the casino can set a higher or lower limit based on VIP status. That makes the VIP program more important for high stakes players than a points system alone, because status can affect how quickly a large balance can be withdrawn.
We have not found the same clear VIP-linked withdrawal rule in the Ignition, Cafe Casino, or Bovada rewards material, so we do not assume that higher rewards status automatically raises cashout limits at those casinos.

We went through the rewards pages, VIP levels, point earning rules, redemption rates, cashback offers, and withdrawal terms for the US-facing casinos in our September 2026 dataset. We only compare features we could verify. Where a casino does not give enough detail to calculate a reward value or compare a benefit fairly, we leave that figure out rather than estimate it.
Casino Max and SlotoCash are not included in this ranking because we do not yet have enough detailed VIP program data to compare them on the same basis as the four casinos above.
